"Zagat" is the United States' most recognized restaurant guide! Hundreds of diners visit restaurants all over the country to evaluate food, service and ambience and provide a guide for other hungry epicures. There are 91 Japanese restaurants on the list, but only 18 Korean restaurants! The Japanese restaurants are also ahead in terms of food ratings. What is the key to the success of Japanese food and what does Korean food need to become a globally-recognized cuisine? Japanese restaurants and Korean restaurants are compared side-by-side to find out.
