The South Korean government is set to announce its booster shot expansion plans.
The plans likely include giving additional shots to those who received the Janssen vaccine.
They are also expected to confirm whether Janssen and Moderna vaccines will also be used.
Currently, only Pfizer's vaccine is being used as a booster for medical workers and seniors over 60, who received their last shot more than 6 months ago.
Twenty-eight-percent of teenagers 16 to 17 have received their first doses.
Just under a quarter of 12 to 15 year olds have made reservations.
