Good morning, another dusty and foggy start for most regions, especially for those of us in the central and inland regions. Jeollabuk-do Province is seeing tougher conditions. In fact, Iksan and Gimje are under ultra fine dust advisories this morning.
Temperature-wise, it's not too chilly to begin the day, but as we go through the day chillier winds will blow in, and morning lows in Seoul will drop to the low single digits with sharp winds tomorrow morning.
Lows are slightly higher this morning, Seoul starting the day at 10 degrees Celsius. Busan and Jeju at 15 degrees this morning. Lots of clouds are hovering over most parts.
The sun will come out from behind the clouds, but light fog could still be seen during the day. Highs will be 1 to 3 degrees lower this afternoon.
We'll wrap up October with chillier morning lows then nationwide rain on Sunday will bring much colder conditions.
