Around 100-thousand anime fans have been visiting the Los Angeles Convention Center for the anime industry's largest event.
The annual Anime Expo event, called "AX", has returned for the first time in-person since 2019 after the pandemic saw the event go online.
The 4-day expo started on July 1st and combines announcements by all the biggest studios and publishers.
Organized by the Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation, fans of the cosplay-filled event can experience interactive videos and card games
