South Korea saw 9,595 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday.
After recording more than 10-thousand cases on Wednesday for the first time in about 20 days, the COVID-19 tally once again dropped below 10-thousand.
But compared to the week before, this Thursday saw a rise of more than 2-thousand new daily cases.
There were 10 more deaths reported and 54 severely ill cases.
