Since taking office some two weeks ago, President Yoon Suk-yeol has presided over his first regular Cabinet meeting at the Sejong Government Complex.
All of his Cabinet attended this morning's meeting, with the exception of the ministers of education and health, -- whose nominations were only announced earlier on Thursday.
President Yoon emphasized his vision for the development of provinces outside Seoul and vowed to frequently hold Cabinet meetings in Sejong.
He already held an extraordinary Cabinet meeting in Yongsan to approve an extra budget proposal.
Earlier in the day, President Yoon awarded his Cabinet members with their certificates of appointment.
