President Yoon Suk-yeol had a dinner meeting this evening at his office in Yongsan with National Assembly speaker Park Byeong-seug and two deputy speakers to thank them before their terms end on Sunday.
And as a gift to Park Yoon gave the Speaker a framed picture that was taken of him with Joe Biden during the U.S. President's recent visit to Seoul.
Park talked to Yoon about his conversation with Biden where the two discussed their decades of experience with Park adding that he's just a junior compared to Biden.
The meeting is largely seen as part of efforts by Yoon to increase interaction with the nation's legislative branch -- which is dominated by the main opposition, the Democratic Party of Korea, not his People Power Party.
