Good afternoon. It's a wet and cloudy day, rain that started in central regions will gradually spread to rest of the country dropping a mix of rain and snow. Mountainous regions in Gangwon-do will see 2 to 5 centimeters of snowfall, western regions will be seeing spotty rain which should let up in the afternoon.
The temperatures will be on the mild side so they shouldn't affect road conditions. Despite it being the end of January, temperatures were rather comfortable to start off the day notice how mild it was in Chuncheon this morning.
Afternoon highs though will be 1 to 4 degrees lower than yesterday, Seoul going up to 5 degrees. The air quality will be good except in Gwangju and Jeollabuk-do Province where ultrafine dust levels will be high all day.
