Following North Korea's warning that it will resume nuclear and ICBM testing, Seoul's top nuke envoy Noh Kyu-duk held phone talks with his American and Chinese counterparts.
With Sung Kim, Noh agreed the situation on the Peninsula can only be resolved through talks and diplomacy, and vowed to continue close cooperation on the matter.
During the phoner with Liu Xiaoming, the envoys agreed to work together to stably manage the situation.
