The highly-anticipated talks between the U.S. and Russia on European security and Moscow's military buildup near Ukraine kicked off Sunday with a working dinner in Geneva.
ABC News reports that Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov along with other Russian officials arrived on Sunday evening for a meeting at the residence of the U.S. ambassador to the Conference on Disarmament.
According to Russian News Agency TASS, the meeting, led by Ryabkov and his U.S. counterpart Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, will take place over two days on Sunday and Monday.
