A Harvard professor, who made controversial claims about Japan's so-called "comfort women" during World War 2, has reportedly admitted that he didn't have any Korean contracts.
Another Harvard Law School professor, Jeannie Suk Gersen wrote in the New Yorker, that when she spoke to Mark Ramseyer for his article, he said he was unable to find any contracts by Koreans.
He earlier claimed in his article that "Korean comfort women chose prostitution".
Ramseyer is also said to have admitted that he made a "mistake" for claiming consent to sex by a 10-year-old Japanese girl, and that other scholars have pointed out he omitted established historical evidence.
