South Korea won scores of awards at this year's Consumer Electronics Show.
According to the Korea International Trade Association on Tuesday, South Korean firms clinched 101 Innovation Awards, accounting for more than a quarter of the awards that were handed out.
Compared to last year, the number is up 4.4 percent.
For the Best Innovation Awards, given to the highest-rated consumer product, South Korean companies took home seven prizes, up one from last year.
Among those awarded were TVs and home appliances from Samsung and LG Electronics.
