Good morning, yesterday's fine dust that blew in from overseas lingered through the night and most of western parts of the country are waking up to high levels of fine dust again this morning. You will need to wear a face mask that can block the fine dust.

Along with the dust, there will be wide gaps in the readings. In fact, Daegwallyeong is having the coldest morning anywhere the nation, but highs will rise fast leading to big gaps in the readings.

It's not too chilly in Seoul but rather quite dusty. Chuncheon is at just 6 degrees Celsius. Thick fog is covering in inland areas, with visibility down to just one-sixth the normal visibility so drive with care.
