Seung-min, what's the weather going to be like through Chuseok?
Well, Conn-young. For the Chuseok holiday, we can expect wide temperature gaps between day and night. The fluctuations can be as wide as 10 degrees, so make sure to dress warmly. We can also expect some showers. The coastal regions of Gangwon-do Province can expect 10 to 40 millimeters. The rest of the central region, including the Seoul metropolitan area, will see 5 to 20 millimeters through tomorrow.
The morning will start off with cloudy skies for most parts of the nation. Seoul will begin at 16 degrees Celsius.
For the daytime, Seoul will reach 24 degrees, Daejeon, Gwangju and Daegu at 25 degrees.
Those in South Korea might be wondering when the full moon will appear on Thursday. The expected time in Seoul will be at 6:20 PM, and Busan at 6:11 PM.
The rain will continue in Gangwon-do Province through Thursday. On Friday, some scattered outbreaks of rain are expected across the Seoul metropolitan area and parts of Gangwon-do Province.
For those near the coast of Gangwon-do province, please be aware of high sea levels.
