Two rockets targeting Baghdad airport fell on a nearby house, killing at least 5 civilians including two women and three children.
The Iraqi military on Monday held Iraqi militia groups responsible for firing the rockets, and criticized them for seeking to "create chaos".
Baghdad airport, which includes a U.S. military base, has often become the target of attacks by those opposed to American presence.
There were at least 39 rocket attacks targeting American interests in Iraq between last October and July of this year.
The U.S. has warned of closing its embassy in Baghdad if Iraq fails to take decisive action to ensure safety.
