Two South Korean films have made it into the official lineup of this year's Cannes Film Festival.
The 56 films of the Official Selection 2020 were revealed on Wednesday local time.
Among them were Yeon Sang-ho's zombie flick 'Peninsula', a sequel to 2016 hit 'Train to Busan' and Im Sang-soo's 'Heaven: To The Land of Happiness' a story of two men on a trip to find happiness.
This year's Cannes Film Festival was originally slated for mid-May, but has been canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Despite that, organizers opted to announce its best selection, but will not declare an actual winner.
