S. Korea reports 1,584 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

South Korea on Wednesday confirmed 1-thousand 5-hundred 84 new cases of COVID-19.
All but 13 were locally transmitted.
Authorities say the number of new cases could increase following another three-day holiday.
Also as part of efforts to adopt the "living with COVID-19" strategy from Novemberauthorities will release a new set of distancing guidelines on Friday.
The new rules will be implemented for two weeks from Monday.
Although details have not been revealed, authorities have hinted that restrictions will be gradually eased for the fully vaccinated.
