The Salvation Army is carrying out a campaign to support public service providers as fears continue to grow over the coronavirus.
The volunteers are asking people to donate face masks and hand sanitizers.
The donated items will be given to public service providers, such as street cleaners and bus drivers, who cannot avoid coming into contact with lots of people.
The Salvation Army also hopes this act of sharing will spread a spirit of hope and a sense of community across the country.
The campaign started yesterday and will continue for 7 days until next Thursday.
Some places in Seoul where donations can be made are Express Bus Terminal and Yongsan Station.
There are also donation spots in different regions, including Daejeon and Busan.
