Drama "All-In" was dramatized from a story that goes by a same title which was written by writer, No Seung-il. The story is based on a non-fiction character Cha Min -soo and others who risk their entire life for one final victory. The story also focuses on their path to success and their life and love based on destiny. In-ha is a boss of a gang of Youngdeung-po in the early 80s. Since young, he grew up as an orphan which led him to associate with other members from the gang, learning a bit much about life at an early age. The members of the gang always admired him due to his justice. At that time, "House", which was a place for Korean Poker had prevailed greatly around Yeoungdeung-po area and there existed a man who was behind this and most of the gangs. He ends up running a hotel business and his son Jung-won and In-ha forms the storyline with their conflict around love and friendship.
Kim In-ha

This character is spontaneous and sensitive for he easily looses his temper. However, at the same time, he is very loyal to his surroundings. Born as an orphan, he spends a rough youth and meets Soo-youn, with whom he falls in love with. However, he gets charged for murder which he did not commit and runs away to the U.S. There, he faces the world of gambling and becomes a pro-gambler. He wins the championship from a world poker series and starts his own casino business and hotel management. His return to Korea leads him to meet Soo-youn and Jung-Won, who had become her husband.
Min Soo-youn

Growing up as an orphan like In-ha, she has a very pure and passionate character.Despite her love toward In-ha, she accepts Jungwon's proposal during her stay in the U.S for she thought that In-ha was dead from an accident. When In-ha returns, two of them meet again in sorrow.
Choi Jung-won

This character is very tender and reasonable. He goes through a period of wandering due to his father's immorality. At that time, he meets In-ha and they become close friends. He studies hotel management abroad, and takes over his father's business. He marries Soo-youn, who was supposed to be with In-ha and competes with him for final victory.
Suh Jin-hee
Played by Park Sol-mi
This character is very open-minded and bold. To take over her father's casino business, she studies abroad in the U.S. She forms conflict against Jung- won with In-ha.
