Season 2 of "Dream It - You Are The Next Generation" has begun!
There are approximately 2.4 million Korean-Americans living in the United States.The first immigrants came to Hawaii in 1903 as laborers, building a great foundation for more generations to come.
The first, second, and third generations have become main stream leaders in a land that was cultivated by their ancestors. Korean-Americans are leaders in politics, culture, economics, and sports, carrying on the pride of their Korean heritage, building a link to Korea and promoting Korea around the world. In Season 1 of "Dream It", we were introduced to 20 Korean Americans, including an actor, a fashion designer, a chief executive officer, a car racer, a surfer, and a singer working in various cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Hawaii, and Las Vegas.
In Season 2, we meet a more diverse group of Korean-Americans working in other fields; wemeet a firefighter, a chef, a boxer, a pianist, a conductor, and a game developer.We take a look at their everyday lives in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Washington DC, Seattle, and San Francisco, as well as their success strategies.
