GREEN DAYS
Ahead of the 51st anniversary of labor activist Chun Tae-il’s death, we shed light on a short film revolving around a labor movement that emerged at Dongil Textile factory in Incheon in 1978. [Green Days] is an award winner at the 6th Incheon Independent Film Festival, which tells a story of a female factory worker Sulan who starts capturing the harsh labor conditions on frame with her coworkers as she starts learning how to take pictures. Director Han Eun-ji tells us what made her create this film based on an actual event and other areas she has mainly focused on developing during the making of the movie.
