VFX SUPERVISOR JUNG HWANG SOO

VFX is a technology that turns our imagination into cinematic reality. Thanks to the improvement of such a technology, its use in cinema is becoming more diverse. Jung Hwang-soo is a VFX supervisor behind the effects from films including [Train to Busan] and [Peninsula]. Thanks to his marvelous work on [Train to Busan], which created a worldwide buzz of Korean zombies, he won the visual effects award at the 2016 Sitges Film Festival. We meet with Mr. Jung, who tells us more about the special graphics used in movies and his career in the film industry.
