Take a peek at what really happens during Korean holidays in a hilarious family movie, “My Dear Daughter”

On a New Year’s Day, Hong-gi, a middle-aged man who recently experiences the symptoms of male menopause, suddenly decides to visit the house of his son-in-law’s parents to see his married daughter. Screened as one of the films in The King of Comedy competition of the 18th Mise-en-scène Short Film Festival, “My Dear Daughter” portrays what really goes on during holidays in Korea realistically and comically. In this week’s episode, Director Jang Ah-lam talks about how the film was made and highlights the parts that the audience should not miss.
