Gochujang

Filling the Spirit of Koreans with Color Red.

Korean cuisine is known for a great variety of fermented foods. Gochujang, or chili pepper paste, is one of the widely used fermented pastes along with soy sauce and the bean paste doenjang. Gochujang is Koreans' "soul food" that is used in more than 100 dishes. Its spicy taste warms the hearts of Koreans.
