European ordained Buddhist, Mujin, begins the journey of the Korean temple food. She is a chief of Popkesa in Swiss which is the only Korean Buddhist temple in Switzerland. A frequently asked question from friends and neighbors was about what she had eaten while living in Korea. She comes to Korea to discover Korean temple food. Through the journey for five months, she came to understand the meaning and philosophy inside of the temple food. |
