"The Young Americans" was founded by a teacher named Milton C. Anderson in 1962 in Southern California, and it has been traveling around the world for the last 17 years, giving free performance arts workshops for 3 days.
The villagers in Seongmi Mountain become the stars and the audience.
With government funding, children get to meet directly with arts experts and create artistic works with them.
