As the living history of Korea's woman power, Honorary Professor Lee In-ho of Seoul National University is a revered erudite with a distinguished career and firm academic conviction.
Exhibiting an outspoken and unshaken spirit of the age, she is known as the Joan of Arc of the academia. Serving as Chairperson of The Asan Institute for Policy Studies, she still stands on the podium even after the age of 70 and continues her intellectual interactions with the younger generation.
Established in 2008, The Asan Institute for Policy Studies recommends policy alternatives for issues related to the Korean peninsula, East Asian and the global village. It also discusses future visions with its network of global think tanks, experts, and renowned scholars from various institutes.
