Korean adoptees who left Korea between the late 1980s and early 1990s have come together to participate in the IKAA Gathering 2013 in Seoul!
A total of more than 200,000 Korean adoptees have been adopted worldwide. Korean adoptees who long for their homeland are spread out in the United States and Europe.
Established in 2004 to strengthen the cultural exchanges among international Korean adoptees, IKAA has now grown to become the largest Korean adoptees network.
IKAA President Tim Holm was also born in Korea as a half-Korean and adopted to another country. His love for his homeland Korea helped him overcome five strokes in the past.
