What if humans run out of food in the future? With the growing population food futurologists predict a growing shortage of meat. That’s why they believe that insects could eventually become the main source of food for the human being. Here Korea, the government has set a goal of expanding the insect market industry to more than 630 million U.S. dollars, by year 2020.
And to make insects feel less yucky and more approachable, an insect cooking exhibition is taking place this week. Let’s take a look.
