Whee Sung to expand into China and release Chinese album in January [2007-09-17]
The singer Whee Sung is poised to expand into China. He's slated to release an official Chinese album, with all the songs sung in Chinese, in January. This album will include tracks from his 5th album, which was released in September, adapted into Chinese, as well as new songs. Early this year, he was invited as the representative Korean star by a music program aired on Shanghai's Dong Bang TV. He gave a stirring performance of Taiwanese F4 star Awn Seung-wook's "One Meter." More recently, executives from a big-time Chinese agency attended his concert, titled "Whee Show," and expressed their great expectations for the artist.
