Jang Nara's latest song, 'I Only Think Of You,' swept various digital singles charts upon its release, proving her undying popularity. She proved that she can still captivate people's eyes and ears with her distinct music style, even after taking a break for 4 years.
She also showed off her great acting skills, portraying a woman who misses her ex-boyfriend after separation. She participated in the entire production process of her latest album, so we wondered if there was a particular story she wanted to tell.
Jang Nara is one of the original Korean wave stars, and we can't leave out her activities in China when describing her successful career. It's already been 8 years since she began to be active in both Korea and China, and she is so popular in our neighboring country that she has even been dubbed as the "little queen." We wondered if there was a production that she found especially memorable.
Jang Nara starred in a total of 6 dramas in China - including 'My Bratty Princess,' 'Good Morning Shanghai,' and 'Iron Masked Singer' - and secured her spot as a Korean wave star there. And she even filmed a sequel to one of these dramas 'My Bratty Princess' because it was so highly popular!
Jang Nara receives much love as a singer and actress and she is also dominating the advertisement industry, filming commercials for fashion, cosmetics, electronics and food brands. We wondered how she has been able to maintain her immense popularity in China since she made her debut in 2003.
Jang Nara released her debut album titled, 'Burying My Face in Tears,' in 2001, and since then, she had a number of hit songs including 'April Story' and 'Good Day to Love.' She then launched her acting career through the sitcom, 'New Non Stop,' in the same year, and received much love through the 2002 drama 'The Successful Story of A Bright Girl' for her bubbly and youthful qualities. When she starred in the 2011 drama 'Babyfaced Beauty,' she amazed everyone, looking as youthful as she did 11 years ago.
She then surprised everyone through a complete transformation that revealed her hidden sexy appeals. She looked like a mature, sophisticated woman in a pictorial, and this is how she described it!
