'The Good, the Bad and the Weird' Draws 4 Million Viewers

Director Kim Jiwoon's new movie ''The Good, the Bad and the Weird'' is topping the box office with 400-thousand people hitting theaters for the film's opening day
Selling over four-million tickets in less than two weeks producers are on their way to hitting their break-even point of six million tickets sold.
Among all films released in Korea this year, this Asian take on the American Western genre has seen the most viewers in the least amount of time.
The film is about three Korean outlaws in the 1930s who deal with the Japanese army and Chinese and Russian bandits while going after a map in Manchuria.
The movie, already acquired by American distributor IFC films, will be released in the United States next year.
