Malaysian pop star Asmawi bin Ani and over two hundred of his fans visit Korea this week.
The visit here by the pop idol, better known as Mawi, will be extensively covered by Malaysian satellite broadcaster Astro TV.
Mawi held a special concert in Seoul earlier on this Monday and will visit a mosque and a resort island while in the country.
Mawi's debut album sold more than 200-thousand copies in Malaysia alone.
