Another rain system is forecast to move into South Korea tomorrow. For this weekend, expect nationwide showers again, but this time heavy rain will be concentrated across the Seoul metropolitan area. Because the ground is already very saturated from the previous downpours, extra caution is advised.
Rain will start from western regions tomorrow morning, and it will gradually spread nationwide by the afternoon. For the Seoul metropolitan area, heavy downpours of up to 120 millimeters are expected. The surrounding regions, including eastern Gangwon-do and northern Chungcheong-do province, will see up 80 millimeters.
For southern regions, where only light showers are expected, sweltering conditions will take over. Also, most inland regions will see dense layers of fog for the morning hours. Visibility will drop significantly, so please be careful out on the roads.
Morning lows in Seoul and Daejeon will start off at 23 degrees Celsius.
Daily highs in Seoul will reach 29. Gyeongju and Jeju 35.
Next Monday, which is a national holiday for Liberation Day, another rain system will drop showers in central regions. This round of rainfall is forecast to be heavier.
That's all for now and here are the weather conditions around the world.
