N. Korea apparently dismantling more S. Korean-built buildings at Mt. Kumgang: Unification Ministry Updated: 2022-08-08 21:16:27 KST

North Korea appears to be dismantling more South Korean-built facilities in the Mount Kumgang resort, a place in the North where the two Koreas used to operate a joint tour program.
An official from Seoul's Unification Ministry said on Monday that more demolition work has recently been seen there, referring to few buildings that include the Hyundai Asan Kumgangsan Office.
The official's comment follows a report to that effect last Friday from NK News.
The North started its demolition work with the Haegumgang Hotel in March and the Ananti Golf Resort in April.
