Iran's top diplomat has criticized the U.S. for failing to be constructive during their nuclear talks held in Qatar.
According to Tehran's foreign ministry on Monday, the statement was made during a phone conversation between Iran's Foreign Minister and his French counterpart on Sunday.
However, the Iranian diplomat did say the talks held on the 29th and 30th of June were positive, while stressing Tehran is serious about reaching a (quote) "good and lasting" agreement with the U.S.
