The debut solo album from K-pop star Nayeo has come out ranked 7th on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, the highest yet for a K-pop solo artist.
Nayeon is the group leader of the K-pop girl group TWICE, and late last month, she released her first-ever solo album, "Im Nayeon" also read as "I'm Nayeon" a play on her surname Im.
Billboard said, as of Sunday, that Nayeon's album in less than a week had sold 57-thousand equivalent album units in the U.S.
These are included in the Billboard 200 and pushed her up the ranks.
