After more than two years shut down during the pandemic, flights resumed today between Gimpo Airport in Seoul and Handea Airport in Tokyo.
These routes were popular before the pandemic because both airports are closer to the cities center in both capitals.
There'll be just eight round trips to start with, but that'll increase from next month based on demand and airline capacity.
The flights are on Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Japan Airlines and A-N-A.
This means Gimpo Airport is reopening its international terminal and its duty-free stores, which had been practically shut down.
