Good morning. Sudden rain is in store again to start the week. The capital region and parts of Gangwon-do Province could have more passing rain through this evening while Jeju and the east of Gangwon-do could see up to 40 millimeters.
It was unseasonably hot through the weekend with highs soaring over 30 degrees in the capital, temperatures will cool off a couple degrees but it's still quite warm in Seoul going up to 28 degrees Celsius, while southern parts of the country are seeing highs in the low twenties.
The capital is forecast to see rain from 3 to 9 PM Keep an umbrella handy. There's decent air quality nationwide today while winds will pick up on the south coast and Jeju.
Parts of Gangwon-do Province will see frequent rain through Wednesday while temperatures will hover around the norms this week.
