There's been another tragic school shooting in the U.S.
An 18-year-old gunman opened fire at a Texas elementary school a little before noon on Tuesday, local time killing at least 19 children and two adults.
Authorities have identified the gunman as Salvador Ramos. who was a student at a nearby high school.
He was reportedly shot dead by police at the scene.
Upon hearing the news, President Biden addressed the nation from the White House, calling for Americans to stand up to the gun lobby.
This was the deadliest elementary school shooting in the U.S. since Sandy Hook a decade ago where 20 children and six adult staff members were killed.
