South Korea has expressed regret after several Chinese and Russian warplanes flew into the country's air defense identification zone without notice.
The Foreign Ministry said it informed the two countries through diplomatic channels, urging them to refrain from such activities.
It also said it's working with the Defense Ministry, sharing information regarding Tuesday's incident.
On that day, several Chinese and Russian warplanes briefly entered the Korean Air Defense Identification Zone, also known as KADIZ, prompting South Korea's military to scramble fighter jets.
None of them violated South Korea's territorial airspace.
