Thousands of people in Hungary gathered over the weekend to celebrate the very first "Korea Day" an event hosted by the Korean Embassy and the Korean Cultural Center in Budapest, together with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency.
Visitors to Saturday's event were able to watch performances of taekwondo and K-pop, play traditional Korean games and wear Korea's traditional clothing, hanbok.
Laszlo Kover( ), the Speaker of Hungary's National Assembly was there as well, and said the festival provides a valuable opportunity to experience Korean culture.
