North Korea has reported just over 134-and-a-half thousand new suspected cases of COVID-19 the third day in a row the figure has been under two-hundred-thousand.
Its total number of cases to date is approaching three million, and of those infected, the North's state media report that 86 percent of them have recovered.
The death toll remains at 68.
More than a week has passed since South Korea offered talks on providing medical aid, but the regime is yet to respond.
