Turning to Covid, South Korea on Wednesday reported 31-thousand 3-hundred 52 new COVID-19 infections.
This was the second straight day the daily tally stood a little over 30-thousand but was the lowest figure for a Wednesday in 15 weeks.
And amid the overall decline data from Statistics Korea shows that people are out and about more.
Using GPS signals from cell phones, Statistics Korea was able to determine whether people had spent 30 minutes or more at a place that wasn't their own residence.
In the third week since authorities eased almost all distancing measures, activity was found to have been higher than what was recorded during the same period in 2019.
Many people traveled across the country from May 2nd to 8th, to celebrate Children's Day and Parents' Day.
