Light rain is coming and going for the Seoul metropolitan area tonight. Other parts of the country are seeing heavier showers. Until tomorrow daytime, the East Coast can expect 10 to 40 millimeters. Southern regions, eastern Gangwon-do Province and the Chungcheong-do provinces can expect 5 to 20 millimeters.
After the showers taper off, the forecast calls for cold, gusty winds across the country. The nation will be returning to single-digit temperatures on Sunday, and it may feel colder than the actual readings. Lows in the capital will plummet to 1 degree Celsius, with a high chance of cold wave alerts being issued.
Aside from the capital region and Chuncheon, light showers will be seen for the morning hours. As for the readings, Seoul will start off at 12 degrees Celsius.
Daytime highs won't increase by too much. Seoul will reach 13 degrees Celsius. Busan 19. Daejeon and Gwangju 16 degrees.
Starting on Sunday, lows in the capital region will stay in single figures. This will widen the temperature gaps, so dress warmly and have a great weekend.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
