S. Korea now aims to vaccinate 80 percent of total population with at least one dose Updated: 2021-09-18 09:20:05 KST

70 percent of the total population in South Korea have received their first shots, and the government is now aiming to vaccinate over 80 percent with at least one dose.
It also aims to fully vaccinate 70 percent of the population within October.
As of this morning, more than 36-million people finished getting their first dose.
There will be another chance to make a vaccine reservation for those aged 18 to 49 who haven't gotten their shots yet.
The bookings will be available for them online from 8PM, Saturday until the end of the month.
