South Korea's Foreign Minister Chung Eui-yong has spoken over the phone with his British counterpart Dominic Raab, exchanging views on issues like climate change and the situation on the Korean Peninsula.
According to Seoul's foreign ministry, Tuesday's phone call was their first.
They also touched on cooperating through the G7 summit as well as the Partnering for Green Growth and Global Goals, also known as the P4G.
Chung also expressed appreciation for Britain's invitation for South Korea to join the G7 summit in June.
