Good morning. We had some refreshing rain last night, but wasn't enough to freshen the dusty air. The capital region, Chungcheongbuk-do and Daegu will have high levels of fine dust throughout the day.
Lingering rain from last night in central and southern regions should all let up quite early then another band of precipitation is in store from the east this afternoon gradually spreading to southern parts of the country. The further south you are heavier rain you will see throughout the weekend. Mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province could see up to 30 centimeters of snow into Sunday.
Not much to worry about temperature-wise, it will be milder. Chuncheon is at the freezing mark but the rest are having lows in positive territory.
Then highs will rise to the double digits for most of the country, while Seoul gets up to 9 under murky skies.
The capital region will get milder through the weekend but dust levels could go up even more.
