Some isolated showers will be coming and going for inland regions tonight.
Let's turn to our Lee Seung-min at the Weather Center.
Seung-min, after the rain lets up, frigid conditions will return for the weekend?
Well, Conn-young. Before the cold weather arrives, right now, the nation is under stagnant atmospheric conditions. Fine dust levels will stand at ‘bad’ levels for most parts of the nation for tonight, including the greater Seoul area. Dust concentrations will ease with the help of cold, frosty air tomorrow. With sporadic showers, inland regions will see 5 to 10 millimeters of rain through late tonight.
Negative figures will appear again tomorrow morning. Seoul and Chuncheon will begin at minus 8 degree Celsius.
The daytime will be mostly sunny. Seoul will reach minus 2 degrees. Daejeon and Gwangju 2 degrees. Busan at 7 degrees.
As of 9 PM tonight, cold wave advisories will be issued across the greater Seoul area and for parts of Gangwon-do Province. On Sunday, morning lows in the capital will plummet to minus 11 degrees. Central regions are set to have quite a large amount of snow from Sunday to Monday.
For those in central regions, the morning commute next Monday may be difficult due to icy, slippery roads. The weather agency recommends taking public transportions, so please take a note.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
