Good morning. It's going to feel like early spring today, morning temperatures are kicking off in positive territory in Seoul hovering way above the seasonal norms. But today should bring the mildest temperatures we'll see in a while.
Those of us in inland regions will need an umbrella, light rain mixed with dust will fall into this evening. Mountainous regions and Gangwon-do Province will receive snowfall instead.
Morning lows in most parts are much higher but we have lots of clouds to start the day.
Daegu is at 1 degree, Gyeongju at minus 1 degree, but you will notice a huge rise in the highs.
By the afternoon, highs will get up to 15 and 16 degrees respectively. Other regions will notice highs that are 1 to 3 degrees higher this afternoon.
Today's rain will bring freezing conditions to the country, while a wintry mix is in store for Sunday evening in central western regions.
